Trauma and PTSD

Trauma and chronic pain are the result of an event that happened too fast too soon for the brain to process, that affects the nervous system and therefore the entire physiological being.

Trauma is stored within the body, often expressing itself as pain if it is not processed and healed, and can affect the neurological, physical, and mental systems, in such ways as to cause discomfort, flashbacks, anxiety, and causes renewed pain that becomes chronic.

Trauma & Chronic Pain are experienced everywhere. Trauma is not a life sentence and can be healed and processed out of your body for you to thrive.

Gretchen Hentsch-Cowles has developed Chronic Pain Resolution™, a protocol to successfully manage and overcome chronic pain and heal trauma.
